Flying to New Heights in Titanium

The new Flieger Legacy T5 Chronograph from Tutima Glashütte in Grade 5 Titanium has masterfully combined two of the brand's defining elements in a stunning timepiece. The new Flieger Legacy T5 is a testament to Tutima Glashütte's expertise in titanium and its prowess in creating pilot's watches. This unique Chronograph features an elegant matt grey, shimmering, lightweight yet highly robust case made of Titanium Grade 5. Available with a dial in cool blue and can be paired with a classic leather wristband or a sporty titanium bracelet.

The new Flieger Legacy T5 is a testament to Tutima Glashütte's innovation. It introduces high-tech titanium to the successful Flieger family for the first time. The Grade 5 Titanium chosen for the new Flieger Chronograph is not only lightweight but also antiallergenic, antimagnetic, extremely scratch-resistant and – last but not least – corrosion-resistant and insensitive to salt water and acids. These properties make the watch ideal for daily use on land, on water and – as befits its name – in the air, ensuring its durability and versatility.

Tutima has a rich history in this field, dating back to the legendary Tutima Pilot's Chronograph from the 1940s. This new timepiece carries on that grand tradition, offering excellent readability even in challenging lighting conditions. The legibility is enhanced by an antireflective, 2.2-mm thick, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal in combination with a characteristic pilot's triangle at the "12", along with luminescent Super-LumiNova® coating on numerals, the hour-hand and the minute-hand. A glimpse through the sapphire crystal in the back of the titanium case, which has been pressure-tested to ten atmospheres, reveals the tried-and-tested self-winding Calibre T310 with the Glashütte-based manufactory's characteristic gold-seal on its rotor, a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

The underside of the high-quality Horween leather strap, with light-coloured stitching, matches the colour of the dial. Like the titanium strap, it is secured by a practical folding clasp. The Flieger Legacy T5 is available with a leather strap or a titanium bracelet.
